I build polished digital products and the systems that help teams ship them.
Combining frontend engineering, visual design, accessibility, workflow tooling, and product thinking to create better web experiences, cleaner production systems, and tools that reduce friction for real teams.
Designing an HTML-to-PDF product that gives teams control over source, preview, and output.
I designed and built Rendyrd as a focused workflow product for turning live HTML into dependable PDF output. The work spans the public marketing surface, the rendering app itself, and the product logic around staging sources, previewing layouts, managing jobs, and gating access.
Product framing
Shaped the positioning around a clear promise: render HTML into exactly what you see, without the usual guesswork around capture state and document output.
Workflow design
Built the app to support uploaded project folders, live URLs, and raw HTML so teams can stage documents the way they actually work.
Operational depth
Extended the product beyond the render button with job history, access gating, preview controls, and admin-facing management surfaces.
Source Handling
Supports full folder upload, direct URLs, and pasted HTML so the product can meet multiple document-generation workflows.
Preview Controls
Lets users prepare the source, preview at target widths, and tune render conditions before exporting the final PDF.
Product Surface
Combines brand system, landing page, application UI, and management tooling into one coherent rendering experience.
HTML-to-PDF rendering, UI systems, preview and export control
Highlight
The experience treats rendering as a guided product workflow, not just a one-click utility bolted onto a page.
Problem
HTML-to-PDF workflows often break down when teams lack a clean way to stage sources, preview responsive layouts, and render the exact state they need.
Approach
I built Rendyrd as a product system: public positioning, guided render setup, live preview logic, and access-aware management working together around a single document workflow.
Outcome
The result is a more controlled rendering experience that turns messy capture steps into a deliberate product flow with clearer feedback and stronger presentation.

Workflow Improvement
Built tools and process improvements that reduce manual cleanup, improve handoff, and make digital production more repeatable.
Cross-Functional Range
Operate across product thinking, interface design, frontend implementation, and creative operations without losing execution quality.
Shipped Work
Delivered public-facing web experiences, internal tooling, motion work, and independent products that show both breadth and follow-through.
Target Roles
Senior UX Engineer, Frontend Engineer, Product Designer, Design Systems Engineer
Building a world-rich marketing site that does more than just explain the product.
I designed and developed Savarion.com to introduce a new fantasy board game,
communicate its world and mechanics clearly, and give visitors interactive ways to connect with the setting
beyond a standard marketing page.
End-to-end ownership
Led the site from concept through frontend execution, shaping the visual direction, information flow, and interaction model.
Interactive storytelling
Added features like the “Which Race Are You?” quiz to turn passive browsing into a more memorable, participatory experience.
Product-focused marketing
Designed the experience to teach the world, support interest in the game, and give the brand a stronger launch presence online.
Role
Product storytelling, web design, frontend development
The “Which Race Are You?” quiz gives visitors a playful on-ramp into the lore through a house-sorting style interaction.
Problem
A new tabletop property needs more than a sales page. It has to teach the premise, establish tone, and make the world feel interesting enough to explore.
Approach
I built the site as a blend of product marketing and interactive storytelling, combining strong visual direction with features that help visitors engage with the game universe, not just read about it.
Outcome
The result is a more memorable launch presence that supports discovery, reinforces the game’s identity, and gives prospective players richer ways to connect with the brand.
Design judgment, engineering rigor, and systems thinking.
Over the last several years I have helped teams launch user-facing experiences, improve production workflows,
and build reusable systems that make quality easier to scale. My strongest work sits at the intersection of
product strategy, interface design, and frontend implementation.
I am most effective in environments where design, engineering, and operations overlap. That usually means
turning messy workflows into reliable systems, shaping interfaces with product intent, and building tools that
help teams move faster without sacrificing quality.
These projects show the range I bring to teams: frontend implementation, UX thinking, design systems,
accessibility, workflow tooling, and creative execution. I have prioritized work that best reflects how I solve
real product and production problems.
SKNKWRX.CO
Independent experiments and shipped ideas.
SKNKWRX is my independent product studio for building games, tools, and workflow systems from the ground up. Projects like Rendyrd, Word3, Breaker, and The Forge are where I pressure-test product ideas, shape the interface and brand, and carry the work through implementation until it behaves like a real shipped product.
Case Study
The Forge
Improving asset quality at the source with a Figma plugin.
I built The Forge to reduce repetitive cleanup work around SVG export and make
accessibility and SEO considerations easier to preserve inside the design workflow.
Problem
Teams needed a cleaner way to produce accessible SVG assets without relying on manual fixes after export.
Approach
I designed and built a Figma plugin that standardized output, reduced handoff friction, and embedded better asset practices into the workflow itself.
Outcome
The result was a more repeatable process for generating better SVGs, with less cleanup and more consistency across production work.
Savarion.com
Visit Site
The marketing site for The Fall of Savarion, a board game I co-created. I designed
and developed the site to explain the game clearly, support community interest, and create a polished
digital presence around the launch.
A fast, responsive gallery experience for browsing and launching landing page
templates. I contributed design and frontend execution, working across UX, marketing, and implementation to
create a cleaner experience aligned to brand and performance needs.
A Figma plugin I designed and built to generate accessible, SEO-friendly SVG outputs
more efficiently. It addressed a real production need at Merck by improving consistency and reducing manual
cleanup during asset creation.
Within the Web Operations team, I modernize how digital tactics are produced by
mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and building tools that reduce manual effort. My work includes
Figma plugins, standalone applications, and process improvements that increase consistency, improve handoff,
and help teams deliver faster with less friction.
Merck | Nov 2016 – Jan 2023
Art Director, Design & Process SME
In this hybrid design and process leadership role, I supported teams across the
business unit while improving how creative work was planned, executed, and delivered. I identified workflow
gaps, introduced more efficient ways of working, and built tools that made production more organized,
scalable, and dependable.
Aweber | Mar 2021 – Apr 2022
Senior Brand Designer
At AWeber, I led the design and front-end execution of brand and marketing assets
across multiple channels, helping maintain a cohesive public presence. I also partnered with the web team to
implement UI updates, translate design intent into production-ready interfaces, and support a faster,
cleaner publishing workflow.
eMerchandise Group | Aug 2016 – Aug 2018
Senior Graphic Designer
I created high-volume email campaigns, marketing assets, and web pages while
balancing speed, consistency, and brand quality. The role strengthened my ability to work quickly inside
production environments, collaborate across stakeholders, and deliver polished digital work on tight
timelines.
